How do fees work in my country?
LetUsFund is a free fundraising platform. That means we are $0 platform fee. The charges that you will incur is the payment processing fee from a third party payment processor such as; Wepay, Stripe and Paypal. The payment processing fees vary depending on your location. All fees are deducted in real-time from donations. Please visit our Terms of service page for more details.
What type of campaign can I start in LetUsFund?
Right now, LetUsFund only supports personal fundraising campaigns.
How do I report a campaign I feel is fraudulent?
We encourage everyone to report to us any campaign that you think is fraudulent.
When should I report a campaign?
You can report any fraudulaent campaign to us.
Can I raise money for people in other countries?
Yes you can, like we said the possibilities are limitless. But you will be the camapaign organizer and it is your responsibility to manage your account.

How do I know if it is safe to donate to someone?
We advise all donors to give only to those campaign, individuals or organization that they know personally.
From which country can I start a Fundraiser?
You can start a Fundraiser if your country is under the territories of our Payment processor such as Wepay, Stripe or Paypal. Please check Paypal's website for the list of supported countries.
How do I get donations on LetUsFund?
LetUsFund’s platform is designed to help your campaign reach your target audience like your friends, family and others. Your friends and family will be the ones most willing to contribute, and also will be most likely to share your campaign with others.
Who can manage my campaign in LetUsFund?
For security reasons LetUsFund campaigns can only be managed by one person, the account creator. We're unable to give other people the ability to sign in and manage your campaign.
How do I thank my donors?
LetUsFund allows you to create an update post and Facebook commenting feature. There you can express your gratitude to your donors.

How do I issue refunds?
There's an option in the user's backend under Finance section on how to issue a refund.
What is the minimum donation?
LetUsFund sets the minimum donation to $5
What third party Payment processor does LetUsFund uses?
LetUsfund allow you to collect donations using Wepay for US and Canada users and the rest of the countries worldwide will use Stripe.

What if someone gives me a check or cash?
LetUsFund does not have the ability to accept cash or check donations.
Does my campaign have a deadline?
You can set your campaign up to 3 months but you can easily renew it in the user back end. We recommend for you to put a end date to create urgency for your donors.
For how long can my campaign accept
Your campaign will continue to accept donations as long as your campaign is live.
Can my friends and family from other countires make donations.
Yes. Our payment processors can accept payments worlwide
How do I create a campaign on behalf of someone else?
You will be the campaign organizer, so you can just state in the campaign description that it is for someone and all the proceeds will be given to that individual or organization.
Can I run multiple campaigns?
Yes you can, like we said the possibilities are limitless.

Why was my campaign shutdown?
LetUsFund allows everyone to participate in our online fundraising system. But if the fundraiser has reports of having offensive, disagreeable content, that violates our terms of use. We have no choice but to take the campaign down and return all the money to the supporters.
What if I don't reach my campaign goal?
You can either stop the campaign right there and collect the money you raise or you can extend your campaign, it’s all up to you.
Can you help in setting up my campaign?
LetUsFund doesn't have control over your account, but we can guide you on what to do. Another option is for you to give us your login details and we'll fix the issues that you're having.
